Assignments

My everyday consists of a wide range of diverse contact with patients, everything from snotty noses to minor surgical procedures. One's primary job as a practitioner is to meet patients in their everyday life as a part of health service. You meet many unclear issues that need investigation, and in this motley lot you must select the few that need closer examination at the hospital. Every day I am presented with new issues, therefore it’s a bit of a detective work to be a practitioner.

Motivation in the daily work

As a practitioner you have great self-determination. It means a lot to me, that I have influence on how my work day and how my workplace works optimally. Additionally you get joy from a unique and close contact with patients. In the persistent patient contact you get a really good insight in the individual patients psychic and physical health.
