Supplementary subject at another university

You have the option to choose a supplementary subject at other universities in Denmark. The desired supplementary subject must be pre-approved by the faculty at Aarhus University to which your bachelor's programme belongs. You must follow the specific university's rules for admission, including application deadlines. If you are admitted to a supplementary subject at another university, it is important that you immediately document your admission by contacting your faculty. This documentation can, for example, be a transcript from the university where you are studying the supplementary subject, or a copy of your admission letter. In addition, a course description should be attached, including information on the courses included in your supplementary subject and their ECTS weight.

You must continuously submit documentation of passed exams in the selection. This documentation must be submitted to the Teaching and Examination Office at the faculty where you are studying your bachelor's programme. You should be particularly mindful that, immediately after you have completed the entire supplementary subject, you send documentation for this. If you are studying a supplementary subject that is part of both your bachelor’s and your master’s degrees, you must submit documentation immediately after passing the part that is part of your bachelor’s degree (bachelor’s supplementary subject) and after the part that is part of your master’s degree (master’s supplementary subject).
